The Business of Events
Now we reach the final chapter in the event playbook. The business end if you will.
The business of events is arguably the most important component for successful event management. It's the why. If you can't articulate why you are investing time, money, resources and brand risk into an event, how can you possibly measure the success?
One memorable week we were called upon to facilitate the delivery of a Global Leadership Team week-long series of events including a Board Meeting, GLT Summit with a Hollywood star (we don't name drop but let's just say he was very tall and very funny..) flown in as Keynote, a bespoke incentive program for the Global Employee Award winners and their partners, a themed dinner each night at a different location for the 200 guests all culminating in a Gala Dinner in a custom, clear-walled marquee constructed on the lawn directly above the Sydney Opera House. Each of the events required completely different approaches given the wildly varying measures of success of each. And we delivered. (And survived!)
Knowing the WHY of your event requires our strategic, tactical and on-point logistical approach to system analytics to diagnose clear measures of success and maximise your returns.
