FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING

Our suite of services extends to complete Financial Management including reporting and analysis for your event or event program.
We work in consultation with you to clearly define the budget parameters against your event objectives and to manage to that budget throughout the project.
When you set the budget, you are in control of all expenditure associated with the event, all with the comfort of knowing we will bring the event in on time and on budget.
Our standard approach is to :-

  • Establish agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) during event project planning phase
  • Establish agreed Key Result Areas (KRA’s) that the event must deliver to
  • Electronic financial management and reporting throughout the project
  • Invoicing, payments received and Sponsorship reconciliations
  • Financial reconciliation including all costs, direct incurred expenses and tax
  • Merchant facilities and online banking and payments (as required)

CONSULTATION

We understand that in some instances complete outsourcing of the management of your event may not be required.
